Local agricultural producers are more inclined to invest in the repair and maintenance of existing agricultural equipment than to purchase brand new or used ones. This is evidenced by the result of a survey conducted jointly by www.aa-p.ru, Avito.Ru and Pole. There is a certain tendency to increase the service life of agricultural machinery: farmers have begun to handle it more carefully, naturally, the need for spare parts and advance service is growing. According to the Avito portal, in 2025, the demand for spare parts rose by an order of magnitude compared to the previous year, in turn, the supply increased twelve times. The top five cities with record growth in demand for spare parts for agricultural machinery included settlements from regions with the most developed agricultural sector.

Based on the information collected from Pole.Ru, there is an increase in the interest of agricultural producers in spare parts for agricultural machinery this year by an order of magnitude. Customers now prefer a cost-effective and, accordingly, fast way to order components on websites. In this way, it becomes clear who the manufacturer of the spare parts is, and at the same time comprehensive support is provided, from the selection of components to the dispatch of the order. In addition, leasing of agricultural machinery is relevant, the demand for it increases three to four times annually, especially taking into account the support of the state.

Based on the analytics collected from Avito.Ru, at the start of 2024, over 140000 applications for the sale of parts for agricultural machinery in Russia were presented on the site. Of this volume, over 117,000 offers concerned the sale of brand new spare parts. The most popular items in Russia this year were bodies, booths, platforms, attachments, as well as parts of pneumatic systems. The head of the Spare Parts thematic area on the Avito.ru website says that against the backdrop of the import substitution policy, the agricultural sector is showing rapid growth and feels a constant need for high-quality specialists, machinery, equipment and components.

Earlier analyses of the Association noted a decrease in the production of tractors in the Russian Federation this year. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, during this year, Russian agricultural producers have reduced the volume of orders for the main types of agricultural machinery. Experts suggest that this trend will retain its significance in the current year, 2025.
